- New Patrol Company:
Our new patrol company is Santa Ana Patrol. Their 24/7/365 dispatch
number is 714-538-2426. You may have noticed them patrolling recently.
Their vehicles are White Toyota Pruises with "Patrol"
written on the sides. If you have any questions, please reach out
to StoneKastle.
- Reduced Visitor Parking
Spots: In
an effort to address our community's ongoing parking issues, the
board has decided to drastically reduce the number of visitor parking
spots in the community. The only remaining visitor parking spots
will be 6 spots surrounding the Echo Hill Pool along Apple Creek
Ln. All other visitor parking spots are now open parking, effective
immediately. The StoneKastle maintenance team will be working on
repainting the remaining old visitor parking spots. With that being
said, Santa Ana Security. will be actively enforcing our 48 hour
open parking rule. Please be sure to abide by this rule to avoid
citations, fines and towing.
- Loading & Unloading
in Alleyways: There
have been recent inquiries regarding parking in alleyways. All alleyways
are considered fire lanes. Per our Traffic Rules, "There is
NO "grace period!"". Please see our traffic rules
in our Fairmont Hill Community Association Rules & Regulations
Page 6, Rule #3. If you are loading and unloading and have your
hazard lights on, patrol will exercise discretion, but ultimately
you are still running the risk of being cited, fined and/or towed.
Under no circumstances may residents or visitors park in alleyways
while loitering in garages or nearby. Any violators will be cited,
fined and subject to immediate towing. Any contractors working on
a unit are not exempt from this rule. Patrol will exercise discretion
if a contractor has their hazards on and is loading or unloading
tools/supplies, but ultimately they are still running the risk of
being cited, fined (offending unit) and/or towed. Please instruct
any contractors working on your unit to park in your garage, deeded
spot or open parking spots only. The reason there is no grace period
is because this is a safety issue and liability to the association.
Emergency services must always have access to our alleyways in the
event of a fire or other emergency. Thank you for your cooperation
and understanding.
- FRIENDLY REMINDERS: Please
break down your boxes and do not overfill dumpsters. Large items
must be disposed of offsite. DO NOT leave items by the dumpsters
in hopes someone will want them. You will be fined. Please find
a local non-profit to donate unwanted items to. See the attached
document for reference. If you notice construction debris, large
items, boxes not being broken down, excessive trash from moving
in/out, or delivery drivers dumping appliance or other delivery
waste in the community dumpsters, please contact StoneKastle with
pertinent details. Your HOA can only enforce community rules with
your help.
Alleyways are FIRE LANES.
Please DO NOT park your vehicles in the alleys or in front of garages.
Violators are subject to immediate tow. Open spaces are available
to park in for 48 HOURS ONLY. Please be sure to move your vehicles
regularly to avoid citations/fines/tows. Please report any violations/violators
to Santa Ana Patrol and StoneKastle. Santa Ana Patrol has 24/7/365
dispatch that can be reached at (714)-538-2426. StoneKastle has
on-call property managers 24/7/365. If you call StoneKastle, (714)
395-5245, after hours and have an emergency or urgent issue, the
recording will guide you to the on-call manager that is on duty.

NOISE: Please be courteous
of your neighbors as to the noise being emitted from your own home.
Noise between units can travel easily and end up disturbing your
neighbor. The City regulates peaceful hours starting at 10pm, however,
the Association has rules against any owner causing a noise disturbance
to their surrounding neighbors no matter what time it is. If the
noise is continuous and disturbing to others, the Association has
the right to work with the owner in order to correct the issue at
hand.
