The HOA Board Meetings are now held the 4th Tuesday of each month at 7:15 7:00 p.m. at The Clubhouse at Anaheim Hills Golf Course, 6501 E. Nohl Ranch Road, Anaheim, California Via Zoom due to Covid-19.

NEW "MEMBERS ONLY" PORTAL!
The Board of Directors is in the process of transitioning certain documents (minutes, financials reports, audits, and budgets) which have previously been made available on the HOA’s public website (www.maburyranchhoa.com) to the secure “members only” portal system offered through TPMS, Inc. NOTICE OF OPT OUT OF SHARING OF MEMBER INFORMATION
1. Due to a new Civil Code (effective January 1, 2020), any Association member may request to inspect an Association “member list”
2. The “member list” will include information that you may consider private but that may be used by other Association Members. This information includes: Name, Property Address, Mailing Address and Email Address.
3. The Association is reminding members of their ability to “opt out” of providing your personal and private information to other members pursuant to Civil Code Section 5220.
4. You may “opt out”, if you wish to have your private information (Name, Property Address, Mailing Address and Email Address) included on the “membership list” request by other members.
