- Pool Keys: Pool keys are available for pick up at the offices of Action Property Management. Homeowners must provide a photo ID when picking up their key. Each home will be provided one card key only. If the key is lost, the owner must request a replacement key in writing and then the lost key will be deactivated and a new key will be issued. The cost for the replacement key is $100.00. If you have a tenant that needs to pick up a key on your behalf, the owner on title must send a letter via fax to (949) 341-1100, or email to Action Property Management. If sent by email it must be scanned and attached to the email.
- Lighting: The Architectural & Landscape Committees have been working with our Electrical and Landscape Contractors to review and select lighting for both the structures, after new siding, and the meadow and other common grounds. As a result, there may be a delay in processing requests for light repairs and replacement.
- Window Replacement: If you are considering replacing your windows remember to contact Action for an application first and also that windows must be bronze in color and must be aluminum or vinyl style windows.
- SAFETY TIP: If you have a security alarm in your home, make sure that you ALWAYS activate it when you leave. Your alarm should be equipped with an exterior siren/horn to alert neighbors of a burglary in progress. When you hear an alarm activation within your neighborhood, look out the window. If you observe suspicious activity, call the police immediately. If you believe a crime is in progress call 9-1-1 or to report suspicious activity within your neighborhood call the non-emergency line at 644-3717. If you don’t know how to operate your alarm system, contact your alarm company.
